The 7th Annual Ronald McDonald House Charities SWFL/Grampy’s Golf Tournament, hosted at the prestigious Fiddlesticks Country Club on December 13, 2024, was an outstanding success. This highly anticipated event united golf enthusiasts, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters for a remarkable day of camaraderie and charitable giving, raising an impressive $102,000 to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities Southwest Florida (RMHC SWFL).
With sunny skies and a refreshing breeze setting the stage, over 100 golfers teed off on the renowned Long Mean course, embodying a shared commitment to supporting families and children in need. The day’s highlights included a spirited round of golf, engaging on-course activities, delicious BBQ lunch, and the thrilling finale of a helicopter ball drop courtesy of the Lee County Sherriff’s Office. The enthusiasm and generosity of everyone involved turned the event into a celebration of community and purpose, leaving an indelible mark both on and off the course.
