Thank you for your interest in volunteering and supporting our mission! We are so grateful for the many volunteers who dedicate their time, talent, knowledge, and resources to help us serve families and children who need us the most.

CURRENT NEEDS: 

PROGRAMS
Ronald McDonald Family Room at Golisano Children’s Hospital
Ronald McDonald House and Lee Health orientation and training are required.
Monday-Friday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm, 12:00 pm – 4:00 pm, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm
Saturday – Sunday: 10:00 am – 2:00 pm, 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm

Ronald McDonald House
Monday- Sunday: 9:00 am – 1:00 pm, 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm, 5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

If you want to join the team, there are a number of ways you can, such as:

  • Assist families and staff at the Ronald McDonald House in Fort Myers
  • Care for families in the Ronald McDonald Family Room at Golisano Children’s Hospital
  • Assist at our fundraising events
  • Host Wish List drives or other third-party fundraisers
  • Participate in our Family Meal Program by cooking dinner for our families
  • Prepare fresh baked goods for our families on the go
  • Help put together brown bag lunches for families utilizing our Family Room at Golisano
  • Provide a lending ear to families who need a friend to talk to
  • SO MUCH MORE!

Please note: House volunteers under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Family Room volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and complete a Lee Health Volunteer Application, in order to volunteer at Golisano Children’s Hospital.
