08 Mar RMHC SWFL Hires New Development Director with Ties to McDonald’s and Ronald McDonald House
FORT MYERS, FL (March 8, 2023) Ronald McDonald House Charities® Southwest Florida (RMHC SWFL) announces Julie Todaro as their new Director of Development.
Julie Todaro is a native Floridian and has worked in the non-profit area for over 20 years. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Mercer University in Communications (with a minor in vocal performance/music) and a Master’s Degree in Business Communications. She has a long history of working with the Ronald McDonald House Charities organization. As an Alpha Delta Pi sorority member, she started volunteering at the RMHC of Atlanta in college. After graduation, her career began in Public Relations, and she worked as an Account Executive on the McDonald’s and RMHC accounts in northern Georgia. Years later, Julie returned to Florida and soon started volunteering, then became a consultant for the RMHC of South Florida from 2003-2021.

Over the years, Julie has helped build awareness and growth for several non-profit organizations mainly focused on children and music education. “I am thrilled to be a member of this outstanding organization. “ says Julie. “It feels like I’ve come home.”
